- Storytelling and donated books in Sta. Cruz Elementary School (Bacon) and Gubat South Central Elementary School (Gubat)
- Storytelling Workshop for K1-K3 teachers from different schools around the province of Sorsogon.

We at Sigya Ph and Lakbay-Kuwentuhan look forward to continuing this vital work in promoting education, literacy and cultural exchange across the country.
About Lakbay-Kwentuhan
Lakbay-Kuwentuhan is a storytelling and book-giving caravan. They travel to bring the gift of reading to children in the hope of reaching those who need them most. They make stories come alive in the minds of children through effective and interactive storytelling – to take them to places both wondrous and new. They live to tell stories.
Their advocacy started in 2005 and has resulted in several programs and success stories. They have told stories to more than 30,000 children, distributed more than 20,000 books, trained more than 10,000 teachers, students, and volunteers, and inspired other individuals to establish their own reading advocacy groups in different parts of the country. This year, they aim to bring 5,000 more storybooks to children across the Philippines. They will distribute accumulated books every month. Help them in this goal to reach more than 5,000 students and 20 public schools!
